Registration Terms & Conditions
1️⃣ Registration Policy
- Registration with Last Minute Consultancy does not guarantee immediate job placement.
- Job opportunities will be shared based on candidate profile, experience, and employer requirements.
2️⃣ Verification of Information
- The candidate must provide true and correct information.
- Submission of fake documents, false experience, or misleading details will result in blacklisting.
- All documents may be verified before placement.
3️⃣ Service Charges
- Consultancy service charges (if applicable) will be clearly informed before placement.
- Service charges once paid are non-refundable after successful placement.
- Payment must be made only to the official account of Last Minute Consultancy.
4️⃣ Interview & Selection
- Final hiring decision is solely at the discretion of the hotel / café / restaurant management.
- Consultancy is not responsible for rejection after interview.
5️⃣ Job Responsibility
- Candidate must follow company rules, SOPs, and discipline of the hiring organization.
- Any misconduct, absenteeism, or indiscipline may result in termination.
- Consultancy is not responsible for termination due to employee behavior.
6️⃣ Salary & Employment Terms
- Salary, duty hours, accommodation, food, and other benefits are decided by the employer.
- Consultancy does not interfere in internal company policies once placement is completed.
7️⃣ Replacement / Resignation Policy
- If a candidate leaves the job within agreed probation period without valid reason, consultancy may restrict future support.
- Replacement terms (if any) depend on employer agreement.
8️⃣ Data Privacy
- Candidate information will be used strictly for recruitment purposes.
- Personal details will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
9️⃣ Code of Conduct
- Candidates must maintain professional behavior during interviews and at workplace.
- Any misconduct affecting consultancy reputation may lead to permanent blacklisting.
